Vineside is in Witchcliffe, at the quieter southern end of the Margaret River Region. Margaret River town is around 12 minutes away and the Wadandi Track is within walking distance.

Yes. Vineside is your private guest apartment adjoining our home, with your own bedroom, ensuite, living space, kitchenette and private guest deck.

We’re nearby if you need us, but otherwise the space is yours to settle into and enjoy in peace.

Vineside is hosted by Hayley and Luke. Hayley is a born-and-bred Margaret River local, while Luke grew up in Perth before eventually making a life here too.

Vineside is designed around quieter stays, connection to nature and genuine local knowledge. You’re on 2.2 acres looking through native garden towards neighbouring vines and bushland, while still being close to town.

Check-in is from 2:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am.

Please don’t arrive on the property before 2:00pm, as Vineside may still be being prepared for your stay.

Late check-out must be arranged before your arrival and is subject to availability. Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate same-day late check-out requests.

Yes. Wi-Fi is available with no password required. The living and kitchenette area has reverse-cycle air-conditioning for heating and cooling, with ceiling fans for extra airflow.

There isn’t an EV charger at Vineside. Public charging is available nearby at Witchcliffe Eco Village, around 3 km away.

You’ll have a two-burner induction cooktop, full-size fridge and freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine, coffee plunger, kettle, toaster, milk frother, cookware, crockery and utensils.

Yes. A Mini Weber BBQ is provided on your private deck.

The firepit is generally available from May to October, but only when local fire restrictions and conditions allow.

Bath sheets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and beach towels are provided according to the number of guests booked.

You’ll also find Terra Pure shampoo, conditioner and body wash, Koala Eco hand soap and hand & body lotion, plus a hairdryer and bathroom essentials.

Guests don’t have direct access to our laundry, but we offer a wash, dry and fold service for $15 per load. Ironing is not included.

For same-day return, laundry needs to be with us before 11:00am. The service isn’t available on one-night stays.

Guest pets aren’t permitted. Day visitors are welcome only with prior approval, and parties, events and gatherings aren’t allowed.

Vineside is also a completely smoke-free property, including vaping and e-cigarettes.

You may spot Lily, our brown Lagotto, and Luna, our black Groodle, over the fence or around our private side of the property.

They may occasionally bark when guests come and go through the front gate. They love a gentle pat, but please don’t feed them and always keep the gates closed.

Yes. Our sister business, Karri & Cape Collective , creates private, personalised journeys through the quieter southern Margaret River Region.

Luke personally hosts each journey, with door-to-door pickup and return for up to four guests. The day can be shaped around cellar doors, forest, coastline, local producers, distilleries and a long lunch.
